The chair was formed in 1994. The personnel of the chair consists of 11,5 persons., among them 3 professors, 3 assistants professor, 3 candidates of science. The personnel of the chair carries out educational, curriculum-development and research work. They participate more than in 20 pilot objects. 14 postgraduates study at the chair. Last years such active forms of work are applied in in-service training process as: active organizational games, discussion tables, pedagogical match, planning laboratories. At the chair it is carried out the work on forming of theoretical model of open humanistic system of education and applying it into practice of work of educational establishments of RB. Except theoretical investigations it was carried out through active organizational games .Forming of humanistic systems of education under our guidance and direct participation was carried out more than in 14 regions of the RB. This work was focused to carrying out the reforming experiment; working out of school models humanistic educational system and its practical realization. Last years there were carried out a number of research and practical conferences
