The center of developing pedagogical technologies is educational and methodical structural subdivision of the Academy. The center carries out educational and curriculum-development work based on the support of in-service teacher training and retraining on with new developing pedagogical technologies.

The main tasks of the center are:

• creation of data bank for study and generalization of information needs and experience of pedagogical personnel and more effective introduction of developing pedagogical technologies in educational space of Republic of Belarus;
• in-service training of administrators, pedagogue-innovators and their retraining in the field of developing pedagogical technologies;
• rendering methodical and consulting help to specialists of education on introduction of developing pedagogical technologies;
• carrying out of continuity in the field of developing pedagogical technologies (kindergarten-primary school-secondary school);
• investigations in the field of developing pedagogical technologies and their adaptation for educational space of the republic; working out of program and methodical support and organization of in-service courses in the field of developing pedagogical technologies;
• examination by experts of educational process in the field of developing pedagogical technologies;
• coordination of innovation activity in the Republic with National Institute of Education, Regional In-Service Teacher Training Institutes, Regional department of education, municipal department of education (system of Elkonin-Davidova, system of Zankov , the author's methods of Zaitsev).
